A leadership change at Frasers Property Industrial runs to a fixed calendar. As reported by EdgeProp on 13 October 2026, the group has chosen Jai Mirpuri of ESR to succeed Reini Otter as chief executive, and the dates of both moves are set. The sequence below lays them out in order, from the start of Mirpuri's ESR career to the scope he takes on in Singapore. Each step carries a date, so the order of events can be followed without guesswork.
Read in order, the dates show a short interval between the outgoing chief's last day and the incoming chief's first, falling across the turn of the year. They also show where control will sit: the operations Mirpuri oversees are in Australia and Europe, yet the post is anchored in Singapore, home market of the listed trust within his remit. Finally, his ESR roles include running a fund-management business, a background that lines up with a remit covering a trust manager.
What happens after 11 January 2027 rests with the new chief and the group. EdgeProp's report set out the appointment, the dates and the scope, and those three elements form the whole of the confirmed record.
None of these dates belong to GATE+, which keeps a calendar of its own. Its 33-year JTC lease began on 27 August 2025, and TOP for the B2 ramp-up building at 9 Tukang Innovation Drive in District 22 is estimated for 30 January 2029. Ten storeys hold 265 strata production units, two canteens and a heavy vehicle park on a site of about 201,145 sq ft. Tukang Project Pte. Ltd., the developer, is a joint venture of SLB Development, Boustead Projects, KSH Holdings and Ho Lee Group; the project details page has more.
